Domain Licence Agreement

The party that owns the domain name, the licensor, gives the licensee certain assurances that the domain name will be available to the licensee for the duration of the contract. 13. Comprehensive Agreement, Annexes and Other Documents. This Agreement, together with the attached Annexes, together with the applicable provisions of the APA, the other transaction documents, form the entire Agreement and supersede all prior written and oral agreements and arrangements between the parties regarding the subject matter of the Contract.
